Description

The double-sided rehabilitation stairs are designed for rehabilitation of patients with neurological, orthopedic and rheumatologic disorders of the lower limbs. Exercises performed on the stairs allow patients improve muscle strenght and regain mobility. The double-sided rehabilitation stairs feature steps and ergonomically designed handrails. The steps of the stairs are covered with anti-slip material.

We use electrical, hydraulic parts as well as upholstery from reputable EU companies. For these parts we use the warranty of each supplier.

For all our products, we use parts that meet EU medical standards.

F.A.Q.

Can I return my product for no reason?

Yes, You have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days period, without giving any reasons. We will refund all costs exluding shipping costs. We recommend our customers to keep the packaging for the first 14 days, as a wooden pallet is required to return the product.

Can I open the package in the presence of the courier?

Yes, we encourage all our Customers to do so. If the goods are damaged make a complaint in the presence of the courier. Damage report will be made by him and product will be returned to us. We will manufacture and send you new product once we receive the damage report via email.

What happens if my table breaks?

We designed our products with longevity in mind, that is why we use modular design in our tables. Most moving parts in our tables are attached only by 2 screws (gas springs, hydraulic pump, linear electric actuators). Part exchange is easy and takes up to 10 min.

If the product is within the warranty period we send new component without any cost. If any problems occur with the repair we cover the cost of the specialist that comes to make part exchange/repair.

If the product is outside the warranty period we send new component for a fee. If any problem occur with the repair our staff can help via phone and instruct how to perform the repair.

As a JUVENTAS brand we sell our products to all European countries since 2006. We want all our Customers to feel safe buying and using our products that is why we use only certified components from European suppliers.

Do I pay tax when buying the product?

If you have a company registered in EU and you have European Vat Identification Number then you do not pay the tax when purchasing our products.

If you have a company registered in EU but you do not have European Vat Identification Number then 8% tax will be applied to your purchase.

If you are private person wanting to buy our products than 8% tax will be applied to your purchase.
